Before there was Roseville Tech Support, there was Compu Hero. It was a cute name and we had a cute logo with a little red cape. The name and the logo were fitting because we ran our business much like Superman–swooping in to save the day when our clients cried out for help.

The initial goal was and still is to take pleasure in doing work that matters, for people who care deeply about improving their business technology.

In the IT industry, fast growth becomes extremely difficult to manage while maintaining a high standard of customer service. That is why we decided to put quality over quantity, or in other words, staying small on purpose. The goal was simple. We would focus on providing better service with fewer customers. Our company decided that we will not take more than 1 new client in any given month. That shifted our mindset to getting better not bigger. This provided our company the opportunity to focus on providing all the time and attention required to better serve our new and existing clients.

By aligning Information Technology (IT) with business goals, each one of our clients should achieve 3 essential business goals:

1. Understand the cost of all business technology currently in use. This will help the business improve their current technology strategy.
2. Reduce operating expenses through improved processes that integrate harmoniously into existing workflows. For example, a better workflow of data or input forms could reduce website, labor, and office supply costs.
3. Make evidence-based business decisions that utilize verifiable data to maximize profits and efficiency through the use of analytical data or artificial intelligence.
